Suzanna Cohen z''l March of the Living Fund

In addition to its Adult March of the Living Mission, Sinai Temple has established a Mission for young professionals, ages 21 to 39. This life-changing journey to Poland ensures that they bear witness for the six million who were murdered, connect to their Jewish roots in a profound, educated way and become a community of future Jewish leaders. The fund honors Suzanna Cohen z”l, the teen, who with her mother, left Poland at the beginning of World War II and made the 6,100-mile journey to Iran, where she married, raised her own children and immersed herself in the Persian culture.

In recognition of Suzanna’s devotion to family, young people and the Jewish community, the fund underwrites a significant portion of the cost, enabling Sinai Temple’s young professionals to participate in this Mission. Your donation makes these trips possible.
