The Sinai Temple Teen Center is a fun, welcoming and growing community that offers many wonderful and meaningful experiences for Jewish teens. Our Teen Center Membership allows you to sign-up for innovative classes in our Chai School program, attend social outings, Shabbatonim, trips, and meet other Jewish teens from the Los Angeles area. Our Teen Center is a place to build, grow and foster connections!

Please join us for this ten-week session (on zoom) from January 22 to April 1, 2024. No class February 19 (President's Day). Cost is $200. Decorated and illuminated capital letters that are ancient to modern. Put your creative skills to use!

This 8 week collaborative program will give all participants multiple opportunities to get creative, have fun, and explore different art mediums. Each art project will weave Jewish content into the curriculum, such as Shabbat, Tu B'shvat, Purim and themes from select weekly parshas. The group will work together to explore collage, mixed media, water color, acrylic painting and crafts. Students will also be making a few items that can be used to celebrate Jewish rituals in the home. This class is a fully integrative partnership between the Beit Bracha 2.0 Special Needs Program and the Teen Center.

10:45am-11:45am on Feb 11, Feb 25th, March 3rd, March 24th, April 7th, April 14th, May 5th, May 19th in room 256.

Cost: $60 for members $75 for non-members

Jewish teens in Los Angeles engage in complex conversations every day. What does it mean to be Jewish? Where does Israel fit into your identity? How do you find a Jewish community while looking at college campuses? Learn tools to engage as a Jewish teen through organizations like AIPAC, AJC, IAC, JNF-USA, Sinai Temple, and more when you join your fellow teens in this class.

Dates: 10:45am-12pm on Feb 11, Feb 25th, March 3rd, March 24th, April 7th, April 14th, May 5th, May 19th in Ziegler Hall.

Cost: $50 for mebers $70 for non-members

Please join Sinai Temple's Sisterhood on Saturday, April 13 for a music filled Shabbaton followed by a luncheon in Elikann. Advance registration is required for lunch. $25 per person.
