An initiative of Sinai Temple SisterhoodAlice and Nahum Lainer School of Sinai Temple will host a March of the Living program for adults April 29-May 6, 2019. This journey begins in Poland after Passover and will be led by a renowned Holocaust scholar and Rabbi Nicole Guzik. This transformative experience for adults features an enriching itinerary. The group travels to sites of historical and contemporary interest in Poland, and experiences Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) on a "March of the Living" from Auschwitz to Birkenau, alongside thousands of teens, adults and Holocaust survivors. This journey sheds light on Jewish life in Poland before and during the Holocaust, as well as Jewish life in Poland today. March of the Living is a unique program that honors, commemorates and explores the past, present, and future of the Jewish people. You can be there in April 2019, alongside 10,000 other participants from around the world to march in remembrance and hope.
This opportunity is open to the entire Sinai Temple Community.  Space is limited.
